Our shelf buddies are hand-cast resin with hand-painted details, our plush pals are OEKO-TEX certified polyester fibre with cotton outer, and our ceramic pieces are kiln-fired stoneware. Each product page lists the specific material.
Our resin figurines are decorative display pieces (ages 14+). Our plush pals are tested to CPSIA child safety standards (ages 3+) with no small detachable parts. Ceramic pieces are not toys.
Resin figurines: wipe gently with a dry or barely-damp microfiber cloth. Plush pals: spot-clean with cool water and mild soap, or machine wash on gentle cycle in a laundry bag, air dry flat. Ceramic pieces: hand-wash with warm water.
Keep resin and plush pieces out of long direct sunlight — hand-painted details may lighten over several years in sunny windows. Ceramic glazes are kiln-sealed and will not fade.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. If anything arrives broken, email us a photo and we'll replace or refund the item right away — no need to return the broken piece.
